How to order
Wholesale is by invoice, not by card. Six steps from registering to receiving the goods.
1. Register your shop
Fill in the partner form with your company name, tax ID and your ปท.11 licence number, then confirm your e-mail. Applications are reviewed by hand — usually the same working day.
2. We approve you
You get an e-mail with a link to set your password. From that moment wholesale prices are visible to you and you can place orders.
3. Put together an order
Add sizes to the cart and place the order. Your cart is saved to your account, so you can start on your phone and finish at the office. Nothing is charged at this point and no goods are reserved — an order is a request, not a purchase.
4. We send an invoice
The office turns your order into an invoice and e-mails it to your accounts address, with the bank details on it. If part of your order is a preorder arriving later, we can invoice the part that is ready now and the rest when it lands.
5. You pay and send the slip
Pay by bank transfer, quoting the invoice number. Then send us the slip — upload it under Invoices in your account, or simply reply to our e-mail with it attached. This step is the one people miss: without the slip we cannot confirm the payment, and nothing ships.
6. We ship
Once our accountant confirms the payment, the goods leave the warehouse and you get an e-mail with the tracking number. Lab certificates for the batch are in the Documents section of your account.
Questions we get often
- Why can’t I see prices?
- Wholesale prices are shown to approved partners only. Sign in; if you have registered and are still waiting, your application is with us.
- Can I pay by card or crypto?
- No. Wholesale is settled by bank transfer against an invoice.
- How long is a preorder?
- Each size shows its expected arrival date. You can order before it arrives; we invoice when it is ready to leave.
- I have paid but nothing has happened.
- We almost certainly have no slip. Upload it under Invoices, or reply to the invoice e-mail with it attached.
